By accessing and using PeakPresence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. PeakPresence provides tools to manage Google Business Profiles, reviews, and metrics.
2. Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the business profiles you connect to PeakPresence.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to post fraudulent reviews. You must not attempt to circumvent any security measures or API limits.
3. Google API Integration
PeakPresence integrates with Google Business Profile APIs. By using our service, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service.
You grant PeakPresence permission to access, modify, and store data from your Google Business Profile as necessary to provide our features, including review management and synchronization.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our platform provides AI-assisted response suggestions. While we strive for high quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all automated or AI-assisted replies before they are published to Google. PeakPresence is not liable for the content of published replies.
5. Limitation of Liability
PeakPresence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or reputation resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including issues arising from Google API availability or AI generation.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
